  9. Promptly submit all offers to you.
  10. Create a written estimate of your net sales proceeds prior to offer acceptance.
  11. Upon offer acceptance, assist where legally permitted through all closing activities.

CLOSING COSTS:

  1. Title insurance fees depend on the sales price of the home.
  2. Broker's commission is a full-service fee and will cost anywhere between 5% to 7%.
  3. Taxes: Local, County and State property taxes are the charges you must pay to the government for the privilege of selling your home.
  4. FHA fees and costs: these fees are now negotiable between an FHA buyer and seller.
  5. Home inspections fees: are in some circumstances paid for by the seller and include pest, radon and other inspections.
  6. Miscellaneous fees: can accrue from correcting problems noticed during the home inspection.
